Our Customer Service Department is always here to assist you with any question you may have and you are welcome to reach us at any time via e-mail.

Products
Q:Who are the manufacturers of your printer-supplies? How's about the quality of these products?
A:All the products we offer here are either manufactured by us or by our affiliates. We do not provide so-called "refurbished" ones which are made from recollected / used cartridges --- by refilling them or the spot.

Q: Do you provide sample?
A: Yes, Samples are to be given at the list price, but they are limited to one per SKU for each customer. The shipping cost (subject to the weight of sample orders) is to be borne by the customer. The total (or partial) cost of samples will be returned to the customer's account when the customer orders a certain quantity of the same models again. (except the promotional models)

In case you are not satisfied with the samples, we will accept the return of them for full refund. Please apply for samples to us in advance. For more details, please click here.

Q: What if I can't find the cartridge that I want? Do you produce particular model cartridge for customers?
A:Sorry, normally we don't sell any product we don't offer. But we can try to search the items for you from third parties.

Q: What is a compatible cartridge?
A:
A compatible cartridge is a replacement cartridge that is not manufactured by original manufacturers, but by a third party. Compatible products we offer here are exactly the same to the original, quality and function wise.

Q: The original cartridge I use has a chip in it. Do your compatibles have a chip in them or do I have to reset the machine?
A: Our products are 100% compatible to the original products.Yes, the compatible products we offer definitely have a chip in them. You don't need to reset your printers.

Q: Will using your compatible cause damage to my printer?
A: Absolutely not. The products here are 100% compatible with the original.

Q: Why do I have to increase the quantity by the multiple of the number in Qty box?
A: Since the products are directly shipped from production lines, and they are contained in respective cartons. That's why we need to sell in multiples of these cartons.

Q: Is my personal information secured with your website?
A: Yes! All the information we ask when you place your order is essential for us to process your order and keep you up to date on the latest offers available from our website. We use the latest *SSL encryption (128 bit) technology to ensure any information is kept secure. We will not sell, rent or disseminate your personal information to other parties.

* SSL is short for "Secure Sockets Layer", and refers to a network protocol developed originally by Netscape for secure web browsing.

Delivery
Q: How long will it take for shipping?
A: With Express Service, 3 - 4 working days delivery time are needed, worldwide. Usually, goods shall be shipped out within 3-10 working days. For some rare/unique items, 3-4 extra days are needed.

Q: How do I know when my order has been shipped?
A: Whenever the order is placed, an e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to you with your unique order number.To ensure that you receive order details, shipping information and order confirmation in due course, please add service@inkmaxhk.com to your address book, so as to avoid our e-mail reply being blocked as junks. An e-mail, with the shipment's date and your package number, will be sent to you when goods are shipped. Usually, goods are shipped within 3-10 working days after the order's placement.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: You can find out shipping status from the homepage by clicking Click here.

Q: What if my order can not be filled at one time?
A:We shall either ship you those filled first then the balance later, or delay shipping the entire order until it is all filled. We shall let you decide which way to go in advance. In case of partial shipment, we shall bear the extra shipping cost ourselves.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Usually, we can ship to anywhere on the planet that receives regular postal services.

Q: Will there be any taxes or customs duties?
A:It depends on the destination. We currently ship to over 150 countries across the globe and most countries (especially the USA, Australia, Japan, South Korea) allow free trade over Internet and will not charge any customs duty whatsoever for small packages entering the country.

Q:How do you calcaulate the shipping cost?
A: Shipping cost is charged by the weight of the order; in the page of Shopping Cart choose the country of destination and our system will calculate it for you automatically. Since actual weight may deviate from the weight calculated/ stipulated, we shall return whatever difference back to your account as credit in case of overcharge.

Payment
Q: I don't have a credit card. How can I pay for my orders? Cash On Delivery?
A: Payment is accepted through PayPal to: http://www.paypal.com. We also accept T/T (Telegraph Transfer) to our bank account. However, we don't provide C.O.D. Service.

Q: How can I pay through PayPal?
A: If you have a paypal account, upon reaching the payment section of the checkout process, select the 'PayPal' payment option and input your registered paypal e-mail address in the space provided. If you don't have a paypal account, fill in the information in the left side after selecting paypal.
