Sales Policy

Unlike many vendors who refurbish locally by refilling the cartridges, we are committed to shipping goods fresh out of production; even with remanufactured ones, we will not ship outdated stocks. We offer the same warranty period for our products as the originals.

•Sample Orders: For samples, ink cartridges are to be given at half of the list price and toner cartridges at 2/3 of list price (they are limited to one per SKU for each customer.) The shipping cost (subject to the weight of sample orders) is to be borne by the customer.

In case you are not satisfied with the samples, we will accept the return of them for full refund.

•Minimum Order: Since goods are straight from production lines, they are to be handled by shipping cartons, the number of pieces per carton is stipulated in the quantity box following each product's offer (for example, if the quantity box indicates 6, then you may order 6,12,18, etc.) In other words, our minimum order goes with the shipping carton; we will not accept order quantity to be less than that of a shipping carton.
•Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is charged by the weight of the order; in the page of Shopping Cart choose the country of destination and our system will calculate it for you automatically. Since actual weight may deviate from the weight calculated/ stipulated, we shall return whatever difference back to your account as credit in case of overcharge.
